Ecuadorians Abroad: Week 3
Segundo Castillo
Segundo got a front seat look at the elimination of Manchester United at Wembley Stadium. Castillo’s Everton has made it to the final of the FA Cup and will go against Chelsea. As usual Castillo didn’t see any play time not even when the game came into extra-time.
Edison Mendez
Edison scored a cracker of a goal in the Dutch Derby, PSV vs. Ajax. The game ended up 6-2 in favor of PSV.
Cristian Benitez
Cristian is continuing his good form at Santos Laguna by scoring a brace and grabbing a assist against Atlas at home igame that ended 4-1.
Walter Ayovi
Walter Ayovi scored the decisive goal against San Luis at home.
Felipe Caicedo
Caicedo played 53 minutes in Manchester City’s victory over West Brom at home. Caicedo was substituted for Daniel Sturrige who later on scored.
Aragon Espinoza
Aragon’s team Standard of Belgium won 3-0 on the road to Mouscron. Aragon is still riding the bench for his comments about the possible transfer to Benfica in the summer.
Joffre Guerron
Getafe lost at home against Barcelona 0-1 thanks to Messi. Barcelona dominated most of the game and Joffre played no part in the game at all,
Cristian Noboa
Rubin Kazan thrashed Dynamo Moscow 3-0 at home. Noboa was at the bench the whole 90 minutes.
Luis Bolanos
Santos FC are going to the final of the Torneo Paulista after beating Palmieras 2-1. As usual Luis played no part in the game.
Cristian Lara
Deportivo Pereira lost away against America of Cali by 1-0. Lara came in as soon as the goal was scored at the 61st minute.
Ivan Hurtado
Ivan participated in the downfall of Millonarios in the Copa Mustang of Colombia that ended 0-1.
