Now that the current champions and Deportivo Quito crashed out of the Copa Libertadores this week, only Deportivo Cuenca is left alive with strong possibilities to advance to the next round after beating none other than Boca Juniors. This is the first time a Ecuadorian team has beaten Boca Juniors ever.
