Zico Backs Miyamoto for Ecuador Friendly

Japan team captain Tsuneyasu Miyamoto has spent a lot of time on the bench lately for his club side Gamba Osaka. Nevertheless, Japan Coach Zico says he’ s still behind Miyamoto and expects him to flourish as captain in this summer’s World Cup and in Thursday’s friendly against Ecuador in Oita.
