Not sure if you mean Ecuador or Germany, but so far Kilnsmann has said that Germany will not rest any players, while Suarez has said that he may make some changes due to some minor injuries (knocks and dings, really).

Although, Suarez said he might make some changes before the Costa Rica game, but he didn’t. We may not know until just before the match.
