LOL you got that right! what are they thinking!! I can tell you now if they came to Australia for a game like this it would be HUGE!!!! and I know for sure La Tri would benefit and gain some fans especially after Australia's WC loss to Brasil :)

Hello fellow ecuadorkians,

here's the list of who's flying to Sweden.

Cristian Mora (LDU Quito)
Rorys Aragón (Standard)

Ulises De la Cruz (Reading)
Jairo Montaño (Barcelona)
Paúl Ambrossi (LDU Quito)
José Aguirre (Emelec)
Iván Hurtado (Al Ahli-Qatar)
José Luis Perlaza (Olmedo)
Giovanni Espinoza (LDU Quito)

Mediocampistas:
Antonio Valencia (Wigan)
Segundo Castillo (Red Star-Serbia)
Edwin Tenorio (Barcelona)
Luis Fernando Saritama (Tigres-México)
Edison Méndez (PSV-Holland)
Patricio Urrutia (LDU Quito)

Delanteros:
Felipe Caicedo (Basil)
Félix Borja (Olympiakos)
Jaime Iván Kaviedes (Barcelona)
Edmundo Zura (Imbabura)

First, i don't know who this Zura guy is. I know he's been tearing it up in Ecuador in the SECOND DIVISION, but at least it shows LFS is giving everyone a fair shake.

Speaking of fair shakes, Saritama's back. Sari-sari-tona's got game and is a stand-out at Tigres in Mexico, but Tigres are so bad at the moment my eight year old girl cousin could be a standout.

Caicedo's welcomed back with open arms. This is the future people so pay attention! It's good he'll be playing alongside Kaviedes (look for them to start). Sort of like an internship for the teenager.

That midfield is filled to the brim with star quality. Every one of those boys has started at one point or another. Only Larita's missing.

The defense is also stellar. Too bad Reascos is injured and Guagua couldn't get clearance from his club team. De la Cruz and Montano will do battle for the right wing, while Ambrossi will be stinking up the left wing. Fricson George is 10x better than Ambrossi but Suarez loves the kid.

BRING IT ON BRAZIL!
