Ulises to Start for Villa: “These aren’t the right-backs you’re looking for.”
March 31st, 2006 | By: Trent | No Comments »
Ecuadorian international Ulises de la Cruz will be in the starting lineup tomorrow as his Aston Villa side visit red-hot Arsenal. UDLC will be starting his second straight match for David O’Leary. This is great news for La Tri, as an in-form UDLC will be a great boon to their chances this summer. And I have to note that Ulises’ return to favor coincided with Ecuadorian Coach Luis Suarez’s trip to Birmingham to watch him practice. Hmm. Very cool to know that Coach Suarez knows the Jedi Mind Trick. This could come in handy against Germany in Group A play.
