Ulises de la Cruz to Leave Villa?
April 22nd, 2006 | By: Trent | No Comments »
Not that this should surprise anyone, but it looks increasingly as if Ecuadorian international defender Ulises de la Cruz will leave EPL side Aston Villa this summer. UDLC’s time on the pitch has been severly limited by Villa coach David O’Leary, and of course he’d like more playing time:
I like Villa. I like the place and I like the people but I need to be playing football. I like to play every week. and, although I respect the decision of the manager not to play me, it is difficult when I have not been involved for such a long time but I have long ago realised that my future will be sorted out in the summer.
