Training Camp Rumors & Notes

Ecuador’s World Cup training camp is well under way. Evidently, the team has been playing abbreviated scrimmage matches, with midfielder Luis Saritama and striker Ivan Kaviedes particularly shining. Also, sure-fire starter Augustin Delgado seems to be training apart from the rest of the team at times. Could this be due to El Tin’s reputation as brittle?

Sports Illustrated ranks Liga in their final World Club Power rankings – it looks like #18 but still some respect is always welcome.
