This Week’s League Matches
There are some interesting matches on the slate for this weekend in Ecuador’s top flight.
D. Quito already defeated Cuenca yesterday 1-0. Sorry for the spoiler!
Today, Macara hosts Aucas. Alejandro Caizaguano has all but guaranteed a victory for his side against Macara. Just so you know.
Tomorrow, El Nacional hopes to right the ship against Espoli in Quito, while Emelec try to win back some of their punishment points by beating Olmedo.
Finally, in what I think is the most interesting match of the week, Barcelona hosts LDU Quito on Sunday. Can Barcelon’a recent turn-around continue against the league’s first-place team?
As always, a breakdown of all the matches will appear early in the week.
