Taking the Medicine

June 10th, 2006 | By: Trent | 3 Comments »

People make a lot of predictions, and while they like to let you know when they were right, they never seem to own up to the incorrect ones. So, in the spirit of fair play, let’s take a look at how this blog’s prediction holds up under scrutiny.

I said Ecuador will score first. Correct!

I said Carlos Tenorio will score that goal. Correct!

I said Poland would grind it during the second half. Correct!

I said it would end 1-1. Incorrect! A lot.

Sometimes, it’s okay to be wrong.

Trent!

Ha! You got the most important one wrong! but that’s OK I was pleasantly surprised on the outcome as my prediction of us winning 2-1 was based more on heart than reality! but not anymore I know our team is a for real.

LOL i was right. I thought Poland was going to score one goal, but they didn’t. I still predicted who was going to make the goals (carlos and el tin).
