Super Teno’s Brother Kidnapped!

August 14th, 2007 | By: Trent | 2 Comments »

This is not good news. La Tricolor World Cup hero Carlos Tenorio has learned that his brother Yori has been kidnapped in Esmeraldas.

Apparently the kidnappers are demanding a $1 million ransom.

If true, this is obviously a harrowing situation and we send out good vibes to Super Teno and his family.

Follow the link to get details on Yori Tenorio’s own checkered past.

Whoa! He called up Jefferson Montero, who scored the goal for Ecuador Sub 18 in the final against Jamaica.

If anyone noticed most of the juveniles that were in the sub 18 are playing in their clubs right now. Hamilton Chasi for Macara, Israel Chango for Liga, Jefferson Montero and Jefferson Pinto for Emelec and even others. And as Leon noted, Maximo Banguera is being used. Edmundo Zura also got called up again.

Oh yeah, I heard that Castillo, Valencia, and Guerron wont be playing for Ecuador in these friendlies. So Suarez called up in their places Fernando hidalgo (Deportivo Quito), Jimmy Brand (Deportivo Azogues), and Luis Bolanos from Liga de Quito.
