“Raw Deal” for Ulises?
May 16th, 2006 | By: Trent | No Comments »
Not everyone in Birmingham is glad to see Ecuadorian international Ulises de la Cruz leave Villa Park:
UDLC was “[v]ery underrated when he arrived and what with his name and the fact he came from the mighty Hibs we quickly poured scorn upon this very hard working, talented and reliable player. It is a damn shame to let him go. And it appears we can’t blame O’Leary for this one, although if Mr.Potato-head had played him this season instead of sending out Hughes when obviously injured or having an unknown virus, maybe De La Cruz could have continued to serve the Villa well.”
