Possible England Roster Changes
June 24th, 2006 | By: Trent | 1 Comment »
England may start Michael Carrick, while Rio Ferdinand is still in doubt. Midfielder Carrick hasn’t played yet in this World Cup, but England may employ more of a 4-5-1 formation now that striker Michael Owen is out with an injury.
Defender Ferdinand, on the other hand, has a groin injury that may keep him on the sidelines. I think he’ll play, but it he doesn’t look for Jamie Carragher to replace him at the back.
