Planes, Trains and Automobiles

Thanks to this goodness, I missed my flight out of NY/NJ after the Ecuador v. Colombia friendly, which caused me to miss my plane, which set off a chain of amusing events that sent me on a multi-state adventure without internet access. Anyway, that’s my excuse for not posting so soon after an important pre-World Cup event. My apologies, but of course several of you came through and posted some great comments about the match here.

As I’ve said, I felt there were many positives and negatives to take from the match, which ended in a 1-1 draw. Many more comments and pics to come.
