SO EXCITING!!! HERE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX WE ARE JUST 1 HOUR AWAY FROM OUR OPENING GAME (2:00PM CST or 1400hr) I KNOW OUR PEOPLE WILL MAKE IT THROUGH ALTHOUGH THE STRESS AND EXPECTATIONS ARE HIGH. WOW! Congrats Ecuador, quite an amazing victory. They aree out to prove something indeed. Certainly no one predicted 2-0 victory over the Polish!
No doubt Ecuador will move onto the next round and let us look forward to their match against Germany.
The Poles might as well have had homecourt advantage being that they are right acrossed the border. Germany can’t count on that as an advantage anymore and, without a doubt, have to be concerned. Not just because of Ecuador, but because they’ll be facing a desperate Pole team as well. Will Ecuador make the host team the group runner-up? Time will tell, but I’m a believer now.
