LFS Gets His Props
Ecuador gaffer Luis Fernando Suarez has been honored by Fox as one of the outstanding Latin American football coaches of 2006. The Colombian, who took Ecuador to the knock-out round of the World Cup this past summer after finishing third in CONMEBOL qualifying, has certainly made a name for himself.
I know we’re all looking forward to Venezuela 2007 to see if LFS can keep the magic going. Is he Ecuador’s best-ever national team coach (with all due respect to Bolillo)?

Hello,
Without a doubt the best coach. Until someone can take us deeper into the knockout rounds in the WC that distinguished honor belongs to him!
