LDU Quito to Host FC Rocha Thursday
March 15th, 2006 | By: Trent | No Comments »
LDU Quito will resume Copa de Libertadores action on Thursday when they host Uruguayan side FC Rocha. Rocha won the first leg 3-2, and will advance to the next stage with but one more point. Rocha are already in Guayaquil preparing for the match. Rocha’s success in this tournament is note-worthy because they are such a small club, with a monthly budget of around US$15,000. That’s how much Rio Ferdinand earned while I was typing this sentence.
