Hold On: Valencia Does Debut for Wigan

Ecuador midfielder debuted for Wigan after all during Saturday’s friendly against Vitesse Arnhem. Coming on at the 70-minute mark, Valencia was pretty impressive, and gave Latics fans a brief glimpse of what he might bring to the club this year.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw. Wigan opens the Premiership season against Newcastle on August 19.
