Luis Chiriboga, head of the FEF, re-confirmed on Sunday that Ecuador will play its scheduled friendlies agains Colombia and Macedonia. Recently, it looked as if the Colombia friendly in particular could be cancelled due to the burgeoning Vinicio Luna visa scandal. La Tri is set to face Colombia on May 24 in New Jersey, US, and Macedonia in Madrid on May 28.
