I did not see the game but heard via radio quito(it is free on the internet) Elizaga played excellent. Benitez was awesome. Unfortunately Zura was injued and will be out for 3 months.

In general, Ecuador did not play an excellent game. BOlivia was alot better in the first half. They did not play coordinated and as a solid team. Suarez needs to improve the defense and work on the execution in the attack so we can score goals

Cheers Leon :D I’ll keep that in mind for the next game :) Well I’m pumped to hear bout Elizaga playing at his best :D and Benitez also, both players filling a much needed void… and looking ahead the next few friendlies should be interesting for some of the guys to see how they perform ahead of the WC Qualifiers :)

if you understand Spanish, go to the web site of El commercio and there is link to the radio quito. I heard it and it was real time. I am hoping they will do better in the next friendly

Does any one know why Canal Uno is not passing the Ecuador games in the States?
Also, I am a little happy with the last result, but i did hear that we (Ecuador) did not play so well. How good was the line-up of players that Bolivia brought?
How do you listen to the games on the radio?
Qualifying to the WC 2010 is going to be hard. All the teams that we are playing are dying to make it to the WC.

Alexvrocks,
Ecuador did not play brilliantly. It was average. You had two or players that were outstanding. Benitez and Elizaga were awesome. Next time go to the El Comercio(Of Ecuador) website and click on the link to Radio Quito. It is a live trasmission of the game. If you understand spanish, it is worth hearing. Esos comenteristas son bien buenos y chistozos.

Bye

Sorry, for not being here for some time.

How many times have I told everyone these past months that Benitez is the new hope of Ecuador? Did anyone see his game against Atlante? Superb!
