El Nine Duly Noted
Even the English-language press has taken note of Ivan Kaviedes’ inclusion in Ecuador’s World Cup roster. You can read all about it here, here and here. This attention may stem from El Nine’s checkered reputation, but it’s nice to see Ecuador receive some non-visa-scandal, non-shaman attention. Even if the shaman in question is a badass.
