Ecuador Web Investigation

May 4th, 2006 | By: Trent | 1 Comment »

Ecuador security officials will search the Internet for clues regarding the Emelec-Barcelona violence of last weekend. Seriously. Head of security David Baquerizo will be looking for evidence of conspiracy, photos that document the persons involved in the violence, etc. So without further ado, Inspector Baquerizo, welcome to World Cup Blog. Enjoy your stay, leave a comment or two, and be sure to check out the marketplace section. I bet they even make La Tri badge cozies for you and the boys at the station.

Is this embarasing or what? Never in my life have I heard/seen such an idiotic reaction after vandalism ocurred in any stadium. Honestly, what is it that they have against the fans that did not do a damn thing in that game. Barcelona’s fans should be punished not Emelec’s. The only thing that Emelec’s fans did was supported the team thro out the whole game while the other idiots just wanted to destroy anything in their path due to they were down 0-3. Baquerizo, you make my ears bleed.
