Ecuador to Get Spa Treatment?

The Netherlands had better not think that the March 1 friendly against Ecuador will feature a side of tense South Americans. Coach Luis Suarez has decided that he may cancel the first scheduled practice with the national side in order to let the players hit the sauna and a Turkish bath. Now that’s a training regimen to which we can all adhere. Maybe the team can play in the friendly while sipping on mai tais for the full laid-back effect. As long as the Dutch side plays in their national footwear, I think it could work out well.
