Ecuador President to Visit Germany

Whether or not the President of Iran or any other participating nation will head to the World Cup, Ecuadorian President Alfredo Palacio will travel to Germany two days prior to the tournament. President Palacio will visit Bad Kissingen, where La Tri will be staying during their Cup run. The Prez will be officially received by the city council, and will attend a concert of the Symphony of the Andes. Because really, where else can an Ecuadorian hear Andean music if not in Germany.
