		<description>I guess it goes to show that the rankings don&#039;t mean that much, especially when two teams lace up the boots and go at it.

After all, Ecuador beat Brazil and Argentina in World Cup qualifying, but no one would suggest that they should be ranked near those two powerhouses.

And congrats to Macedonia!</description>
