Copa America: Ecuador v. Chile

June 27th, 2007 | By: Trent | 7 Comments »

Ecuador opens Copa America play today against Chile in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela. The kick off is at 5:35 local time. Needless to say, this is an incredibly important match for La Tricolor. Lose to Chile and it’s hard to imagine them advancing out of the group.

I haven’t seen Chile play recently, so I don’t really know what to expect. If you’ve seen them lately, let us know what you think.

I can tell you that La Roja recently drew with Haiti 0-0, lost to Costa Rica 0-2 and beat Jamaica 1-0.

After the jump, Chile’s Copa roster.

manu and everyone, Univision.om says that you can watch today’s match on their site. Obviously I can’t yet vouch for it, but you can check here.
