Guys,
This is a sweet victory. These young players deserved it. Zura was awesome and it appears he is going to Flamingo! It was a shame he was not able to play Copa America.

I was worried we were going to lose like always but this broke the barrier! We are able to win and will so in the future.

Viva El Ecuador Carajo!

Saw the game. Brilliant!!! Good order, discipline, kept a cool head and fought to the last minute with everything they had!!!! The boys never gave up!!!! That’s the kind of football and mentality all ecuadorian players should be having when playing. Came back from loosing to turn the score around and win. I said previously that Ecuador players were uncapable of overturning a bad result………. We are learning, Now I believe that the ecuadorian football is evolving!!!!! Job well done lads!!!! We’ve got fresh blood to replace the “old ones”!!! But this team needs continuity!!!! Let them keep playing profesional football in their teams!!!! Please give them more experience!!!

Manu, not a bad analysis but… you sure you watched the game? Not to dampen anybodys spirits but Ecuador was playing so bad that I thought they were going to lose. It was a miracle they got the second goal cuz the referee was not that close the foul. But youre right, Ecuador is finally getting confidence and learning to turn the tables and attack often. There is a bright future ahead. I can see it.
