Blackburn Deny Valencia Deal
Blackburn Rovers of the EPL deny that a deal is afoot to bring Ecuador midfielder Luis Valencia to Ewood Park. Currently on loan from Villareal to fellow La Liga side Recreativo de Huelva, Valencia’s fine World Cup performance has drawn interest from several European clubs.
Moving from Spain to England would mean, from a personal perspective, that I would be able to see Valencia play more often. Yet, playing for Villareal would probably be a better move for the 20-year-old.

Yeah it would have been great as they have a proven success in developing good wingers, eg. Damien Duff. Oh well, at least Hurtado might still make it to Wigan. I’m really hoping he will.
