Almost Time!

Ecuador’s big friendly against the Netherlands is almost here. I’ll be watching the match (with Dutch commentary, so bear with me) and will try and post a few times during the match, so keep checking back here for updates.

As for a prediction…it will be tough for Ecuador in the freezing sea-level air, not to mention in front of all those rabid Orange fans. Still, something tells me a 1-1 draw may be the order of the day.

Pregame Update: As discussed here, the pregame crowd shots are showing a lot of Ecuadorian fans in the Amsterdam Arena. Or maybe they keep showing the same two guys over and over. Hard to tell.
