$150,000 for All of the Players

The members of Ecuador’s national team will each get USD$150,000 for seeing the country through to the second round of the World Cup. Not a bad pay day.

What’s more, a win against Germany will see the boys get a further $50,000 each. Wowza.

Just FYI, the per capita GDP of Ecuador is $4,300.
